If there was any contestant who could turn heads with her single laugh and address Bigg Boss Telugu host Nagarjuna as 'Bittu' (name of his character in the popular film Manam), it was Sruthi aka Jordar Sujatha. She got evicted recently and in an exclusive chat with ETimes TV, the popular news presenter spoke at length about her BB journey and why it is special for her.

02/11It was special because...


Hailing from Upparpalli, a small yet beautiful village in Warangal district of Telangana, securing a job in Hyderabad, was indeed a big thing for me. My world is very small with just my family and a very few friends. I don't socialise much, too. So, BB house felt like a different world altogether. I could be myself, meet people from different walks of life and spend five weeks with them. It was like a dream.



03/11I have seen previous seasons of Bigg Boss but...


I've seen previous seasons of Bigg Boss but I haven't stepped into the show without any plans and strategies to be a winner. I'm quite happy with my five week journey in the house.



04/11I was told there were contestants with much lesser votes


I can't think of any reason in particular because I felt I was being myself and giving my best. After stepping out, I was told that there were a few contestants who got less votes than me. I don't know what went wrong where.



05/11My family was happy with my performance


My parents Mohan Raja, Vijayalakshmi, sisters Swathi Narasimhamurthy and Swetha Kasthuriraju, my mentors Damodar Reddy and Mangli were very happy with my performance. I was the most pampered kid in the house. They love my laugh a lot and they felt I was just being myself in the house. Today, they are overwhelmed by the recognition I've gained through Bigg Boss.



06/11I couldn't take such mean trolls on me


I always addressed Abhi (Abhijeet) as 'Anna (brother)' and he saw me like that. He even told me that the food I cook reminds him of his mom. That day, I was upset that he said "Chi" on my face and we cleared then and there. After I stepped out, I learnt that it was dubbed in an inappropriate way. I was not upset because Abhi called me his sister. Though I work in a cosmopolitan city, I'm still that small town girl at heart and couldn't take such mean trolls on me.



07/11I was not sleeping I was sick that day


I was not sleeping during the nomination task. I was actually sick that day with dehydration, vomitings. I had to stand for hours together during the task and collapsed a couple of times during the task. I was taken aback to understand that it was projected as if I was sleeping aside, unable to bear Akhil and Abhijeet's fight. Being in the house, we would never know what would be telecast and what not.



08/11I didn't want to impress fans of Nagarjuna sir or anyone


Yes, I admire Nagarjuna sir and his son Naga Chaitanya (actor) also. When Team Bigg Boss asked my favourite film of Nagarjuna, I told them how much I love Manam and the character 'Bittu'. I couldn't say NO when they asked if I would call Nagarjuna sir as 'Bittu'. Even he was pleased to hear me call him 'Bittu'. But I never wanted to impress their fans and gain votes also.



09/11My only regret in the BB house


Sohel always chose easy jobs like cleaning washrooms in the house. Everyone wants to cook but not do the dishes. Imagine cooking for over 16 people timely and then washing all those dishes. I wanted Sohel to share this as well. That's why I dropped the Bigg Bomb on him.

I've made some good friends in Harika, Abhijeet and others but Noel and Lasya have a special place in my heart. I'm hearing a lot of negativity brewing in social media against him. Some are saying he is being fake and all. I know him better than most of these people who are commenting on him. I would want to support him, Lasya and everyone who's doing great in the show.

BB Telugu 4 fame Gangavva and Sujatha join 'Aaharam Aarogyam'




Gangavva and Sujatha, who got close to the telly audience with Bigg Boss Telugu season 4, were recently back to entertain fans with a brand new show.
However, they have recently joined Aaharam Aarogyam, a TV show based on health and wellness. Gangavva and Sujatha are grabbing attention with their brief segment where they talk about health and wellness. They discuss some common wellness complaints and offer some home-made remedies to them in their colloquial Telangana style and accent.

In the recent episode, Gangavva shares tips to cure joint pains in tongue-in-cheek conversation with Sujatha. The show also features an exclusive segment on Yoga and its positive effect on life.

Gangavva and Sujatha got evicted in consecutive episodes in week 5. While Gangavva quit the show citing health issues, Sujatha got evicted in the next episode reportedly based on public votes. The two have shot for this exclusive segment in Aaharam Aarogyam soon after stepping out of the BB house.
