As per the latest reports, Karthik will be forced to reveal to Deepa that she is going to die very soon. Karthik will stay determined to take Deepa home from Sriramnagar basti. Deepa will confront him about his cold behaviour and he will eventually disclose the truth that will leave her (Deepa) shattered.

Deepa, who is upset with Karthik's rude behaviour, returns to Sriramnagar basti and Karthik comes looking for her. However, his road to finding Deepa was not smooth with Murali Krishna lashing out at him (Karthik) and Monitha.
For the unversed, Monitha has injected poisonous injections to Deepa during the latter's pregnancy in order to **** her. However, Deepa survived the attack but her health deteriorated.
