Default Sample Layout Of A Request To Develop Report

This is what an abap report request looks like.

INTRODUCTION

To generate a SAP application, for handling the losses related to planned quantity and actual quantity.

PRESENT SYSTEM

1.) DAILY BASIS: - On the daily basis. 90 metric ton is DCS meter reading and confirm the same in PP order. 10 metric ton is loss.
1.) Physical Verification is 100 metric ton.
2.) DCS* Meter Reading is 90 metric ton i.e. 10 metric ton loss.

2.) MONTHLY BASIS: - 1000 metric ton for 1 month.DCS meter reading ( 900 ) in PP order confirmation.
1000-900 = 100 (put up in screen).
100 for ‘A’ material in screen for lime alkali.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
Generate the application on any date of the month. 1 PP Order can have 1 posting date and 1 BOM. From 1st to 15th day of the month; we can have 5 quantity loss and from 16th to 30th day of the month we have 10 quantity loss.. Stock and actual consumed are same.

Input to the screen include :-

1.) Material
2.) Period
3.) Header Material
4.) PO Header

Within the PP Order (Raw Material having sort string is DCS-HDLL; that is specified in BOM). Pick up. User put handling loss and save. Back processing is selected in PP order ;open in change mode. Calculate % loss and in every PP order add a new line item with new movement type.

100 (select the PP Order where there is lime alkali.) This is raw material. To find the total quantity.

Now for 1st PP order there is 100 tons of lime alkali.
Then for 2nd PP order there is no lime alkali.

Select lime alkali for raw material for lime alkali in all =
Production Order / Handling loss quantity entered by user
1 metric ton loss = 2000/100 = 20 metric ton.

Open all production orders in change mode. Insert new line item in production order.

For 1 final product quantity of BOM used = Number of metric ton used * 1 metric ton loss = 200.
