Default Absences

where to tell if absence is paid or Unpaid,

I have Military leave Paid and Unpaid absence.

In workschedule I have 2 paid breaks for 20 minutes and during absence also it is trying to pay for those breaks. Please let me know how to stop payment for paid breaks during absence ...

I am presuming that the issue is employee is getting paid for breaks which are defined as paid, even if he / she is absent on the day.

Please check if Absence Infotype IT2001 is maintained. The schema would first check if the employee is absent for the day in IT2001.
If no absence record is maintained in IT2001,

it may consider the employee's attendence and then may go ahead in calculating for paid breaks.
