Born Arumugam Rajashekar aka Amma Rajasekhar is a choreographer, director, and actor known for his work in films such as Ranam, Takkari, Satyam, and Salute, among many others. With his father being a fight master, Amma Rajasekhar often attended movie shoots with him and fell in love with the craft. In his early days, he learned to dance as Anthony Master's friend and later trained under Tara Master. His gateway into the film industry is through Tamil cinema as a choreographer.

Though he established himself as a choreographer, directing films has been his real interest which he later had the chance to pursue. Rajashekar made his debut in direction with Gopichand and Kamna Jethmalani starrer, Ranam in 2006, which turned out to be a hit at the box office and made a name for him. In the same year, he collaborated with Ravi Teja for the movie Khatarnak which stars Ileana D’Cruz, Biju Menon, and Kota Srinivasa Rao. Following the dud that Khatarnak is, Rajashekar tested his luck with a love story titled Takkari with Nitin and Sadaf.



In 2009, Rajashekar directed a film named Bheebatsam produced by G. Srinivas Yadav. Amma Rajasekhar later forayed into Telugu television. He judged popular dance reality TV shows 'Challenge' hosted by Ohmkar along with Shiva Shankar Master, 'Gharshana' hosted by Shilpa Chakraborty along with Sangeetha and Baba Bhaskar, 'Rangam 2' hosted by Udaya Bhanu along with Gautami and Nataraj Master. He is now making a comeback to Telugu TV with Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 hosted by Nagarjuna Akkineni.

Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 is set to witness a major fight yet again and this time it is between Abhijeet and Amma Rajasekhar in the upcoming nomination task. The latest teaser of the upcoming film reveals Amma Rajasekhar and Abhijeet engaging in a war of words. While Abhijeet can be seen disapproving of Amma Rajasekhar's statement that the latter has worked very hard to come up in life. Abhijeet says everyone works very hard but Rajasekhar dismisses the former's claim.

Twitterati can't keep calm about this major fight between two strong contestants of the season. While a section of netizens is supporting Amma Rajasekhar's criticism of Abhijeet, a few others opined that Rajasekhar is looking for sympathy.

Bigg Boss Telugu 4, November 8, highlights: Amma Rajasekhar’s eviction and other major events at a glance




Bigg Boss season 4 has been full of surprises and Sunday’s episode with anchor Suma's cameo was no exception.
The episode was a laugh riot as she had a roasting session with all the contestants. She got with her a briefcase full of objects that are of some significance to the contestants.

- Lasya was made fun of her jokes, and given a Telugu jokes book.
- Monal was mocked for her very regular crying episodes and was given wipes. Suma also happened to notice that Monal is not being consoled lately by a special someone, and that she wishes to set it straight after entering the house. - Abhijeeth was made to jump and hop with dumbells in hand, owing to his reputation for doing any physical activity in the house.
- Harika was given a Telugu tongue twister.
- Avinash was first an English tongue twister and some 'biscuits' later referring to his ****ering act with Ariyana.
-Meha**** and Sohel were called out on their changed equation, and the latter on his temper.
-Amma Rajasekhar was a given a first aid kit as he felt hurt very often.
-Akhil was supposed to get a paper and pen for him to let his feelings out for a certain someone and he then sang a beautiful song.

As contestants prepared to give her a 'bigg' welcome into the house, her 'wild act' was called off. She made a guest appearance on the show to make the Sunday a fun day.

Monal was the first to be saved from nominations.
