Resolved: Offcycle PCR logic to compare payroll period

Question:

How can we compare offcycle PCR based on year and payroll period.
For regular Its working but for offcycle its not working
Can you throw some lights pls

PCR works only for regular salary, similarly I want pcr which also work for offcycle.
