MBO Appraisals - Query?
Is it possible to report on the data from MBO appraisal eg. weighting, acheivement, rating etc?

you can report using the APPSEARCH function, under that Tcode click on reporting option and you should be able to report on objectives and results.
I think there is a Badi available to enhance the reporting.

You can also create your own custom reports. We have done so. It's difficult but it can be done. The information is kept on the HRHAP* tables and is mainly driven on the appraisal document ID.
You can write a quick program that reads these individual tables, find where the information resides and pull based on it. We currently have 2 custom reports. One that runs a Completed Status rate report where we see the percentage completed based on manager and status chosen as well as a Distribution of Ratings where it shows how the ratings compare across the board.
