But I am really blessed that this time Salman Khan and Sohail Khan sir took charge of my mother's treatment. The present times are really tough especially for people having medical emergencies in their families. Had I not had Salman sir's support, I am not sure if my mother would have been able to get the required medical treatment in time during lockdown. Yes BMC is doing its best to provide medical treatment to all emergency patients and cancer patients, like my mother, but the waiting time is too long. I am glad that my mother's operation could take place in time,"

Javed Akhtar confirms Rakhi Sawant's claims of saying he wanted to make a biopic on her

Turns out it is true and Akhtar did tell that to her once.


The entertainer that Rakhi Sawant is, she continues to present some of the most unthinkable instances which caters to her audience among many others. However, over the years, she has been notoriously outlandish about her claims in order to entertain - be it her publicity stunt to marry Deepak Kalal, her claims of going to China and ****ing COVID-19 and even doing M.B.B.S.
So, recently when she said that lyricist Javed Akhtar apparently told her that he wants to make a biopic on her, one can expect it to be not true at all. However, turns out it is true and Akhtar did tell that to her once.
Confirming to SpotboyE, Akhtar said, “No, she is right. I think some four or five years back we were on the same flight and she told me about her childhood and I did tell her that someday I would like to write a script based on her life .”
Well, this turned out to be one of the rare instances where Sawant's claim was actually right.

Rakhi Sawant’s ailing mother Jaya in an emotional video shares, ‘I am fighting with cancer, I thank all of you for your prayers’




Bigg Boss 14 fame Rakhi Sawant’s mother Jaya Sawant has been fighting with cancer and she is going strong. After going through a series of chemotherapy sessions, her mother will undergo a surgery.
Rakhi has been time and again updating her fans through videos and images about her mother’s health. Both the mother-daughter have been thanking everyone immensely for their prayers and wishes.

In the recent video shared by Rakhi, her mother wished all on Women’s Day and thanked everyone for keeping her in their prayers. She said, “I wish you all a happy women’s day. I am fighting with cancer but I thank you all for keeping me in your prayers. I am able to fight, for your prayers and the Almighty has answered your prayers. He has given me the strength to fight cancer. And I am thanking all of you once again.”

While initially, Rakhi was busy with hospital visits after coming out of Bigg Boss 14 house, she got some time to cool down with her friends at a recently held party.

Rakhi had walked out of the Bigg Boss 14 house with Rs 14 lakh and shared that she will use it for her mother’s treatment. Rakhi spoke about how she never gave up on dancing even after she would get beaten up by her maternal uncle (mama) and father as they were against her decision of joining Bollywood. She also stated that people would make fun of her and even body and face shame her. Rakhi shared that because of her love angle - Abhinav and Rubina got closer.

People would make fun of me, body, face shame me


I am just crying, I am overwhelmed and I am still not able to believe that I have got so much love again in my life. I have always been disregarded by people. People would make fun of me, they would pass comments on me, body shame, face shame me. They would make fun of my English and that I can’t speak English. Nobody knows how I’ve survived the difficult times. I was called ugly looking, fat, motormouth, gutter mouth. I have taken everything with a pinch of salt and forgiven everyone. I always focused on my work and finally I’ve got all the love. I am unable to digest this love. Everything seems like a dream and when I step out, I get scared if all this love and admiration is true. I get nervous 'ki ab kya comment aayega'... I am confident but I am nervous at the same time. The scenario has changed completely. I am still the same Rakhi Sawant but the love I am I am not able to trust. I feel it is a dream when kids, women, girls and boys say they like me, love me (starts crying).

Now wherever I go, photographers click my pictures


In between when things were not working in my favour, nobody would follow me or click my pictures when I would step out of my gym. They would not take my video, or click my pictures but now wherever I go, photographers click my pictures. I have realised that now I have to handle myself carefully and speak thoughtfully because people love me, follow me. I am getting good work thanks to Bigg Boss 14 and Salman Khan sir. Recently, I was in the lift and a 5-year-old girl recognised me and got excited to see me (she starts crying). My fans are sending me gifts, clothes and I am just loving this phase.

Salman Khan bhai and Sohail are my God brothers


Sohail And Salman Khan bhai are my God brothers. Whenever I was right Salman sir supported me when I went wrong, he stood against me. Whenever I did something wrong, he politely made me understand that I should not do it. I’ve struggled a lot in my career. When I was working I was only bothered about taking care of my family, mother, brother and his family, a widow sister. I matured at a very young age. I’ve always been upfront and have spoken my mind because there was no one to guide me. But now my image has changed and I have to behave in a certain manner. Salman sir had told me that I should have a control on my tongue. He had warned me to behave nicely and not use foul language inside the Bigg Boss house and outside also. He said if I start doing this I will get a lot of work. And now I want to work. I know when he’s around nothing wrong can happen. Salman Khan and Sohail Bhai have done a lot for me. They always tell whatever we do there is no need to talk about it. That’s why I want to keep it personal. But yes they have helped me a lot. My other friends like Kashmera Shah also came forward to help me and I am very thankful for them.

I have stitches and marks all over my body


I have so many stitches and marks on my body, hand because girls of our family would not even stand on the balcony of the house. My father and maternal uncle were very strict and they have beaten me a lot as I loved dancing. I had to fight a lot with my family to let me make my career in Bollywood. They would beat me up so that I would quit or give up on my passion for dancing. But I never gave up and continued working hard. I struggled a lot.

My mother loved decking up but now she has lost all her hair


It has been a very difficult phase ever since I’ve come out of the Bigg Boss 14 house. Usually, contestants who come out of the show want to chill, relax and go on a holiday as they are mentally exhausted. We keep seeing the same faces over and over again and this makes you want to just leave everything and go away. But when I came out I was shocked to see my mother in such a condition. My mother loved decking up, wearing makeup, new sarees but when I came out I saw her lose weight, she had lost her hair (cries inconsolably). She is going through chemotherapy. It was my mother who always supported me when I wanted to become an actress. My maternal uncle, father would beat me but my mom always supported me. She always told me I couldn’t make my career in Gujarati films, you go ahead I am with you. She would fast for me. We didn’t have money to pay the rent of the house. She would struggle for us and I feel if I give my life for my mother also it would be less. I am just taking care of her. Salman and Sohail bhai supported me a lot and helped me with hospital expenses as I had gone bankrupt before and during the lockdown. I had utilised all the money during the lockdown to take care of my mother and my family. I had no work.

I did the right thing by picking up the bag of Rs 14 lakh on the finale night


My mother is 72-year-old and she went through a major surgery during the lockdown. The surgery went on for 9 hours and this was when COVID was at its peak. But God was always there for me. When I was inside during Bigg Boss 14 and got a chance to speak to her through video, I thought she was not that unwell. But after the show ended I came to know that she has stomach cancer. Now, I thank my stars that I did the right thing by picking up the bag of Rs 14 lakh on the finale night.

Rubina and Abhinav came closer because of me


I don’t regret at all whatever I did on Bigg Boss 14. I was not there to make friends. I was brought in as a special masala. I am an entertainer and that's what I did. Before my entry and also in the initial days of my entry Abhinav Shukla and Rubina Dilaik fought a lot with each other. They had even reached divorce but it was me who brought them close to each other. Other contestants would take advantage of their fights. They would taunt Abhinav ‘biwi ka pallu pakad ke aage tak aagaya’... Aur Rubina aage hain. They would call Abhinav boring. I took the initiative of making him interesting and I had clearly spoken to them. They did not have any objection and I know I am not an entertainer and I can do it. I had this plan in mind that I will come between them and they will get closer to each other. My trick worked. I became negative. I seriously don’t care, but because of me they came closer. Rubina threw water on me and used foul language for me. I could have retaliated and given it back to Rubina for throwing water on me. But I did not do anything and left everything on the audience.

Rubina and Abhinav's style of entertainment is to cut apples, oranges and eat them


Rubina couldn’t understand the entertainment. She never understood me. There was not a single moment when they fought because of me. I wrote Abhinav’s name all over my body and I had no problems with it. I was just entertaining my audience. But their style of entertainment is to cut apples, oranges and eat them. My only aim was to entertain people in the best way possible. I showed all shades of my personality.

Rubina, never called me to any of her parties


Rubina never called me to any of her parties. After we were shown our journeys, we all hugged each other and cried a lot. I wanted to let bygones be bygones. I messaged her also a lot but she met everyone and partied with everyone else but I was not invited. Once I even messaged and asked her where the winning party was, she said she will give, but the call never came.

Rakhi Sawant recently got snapped outside a studio and she was shocked to see paps there. The actress couldn’t believe that she is being followed everywhere and asked if her driver is their secret informer.
Rakhi was definitely not in a good mood as she came for her Zumba class only to find the studio is shut due to the lockdown. However, Rakhi was in her usual chatty self speaking to the photographers.

In the video, Rakhi shared that her mom will be finally getting operated today (April 19). She asked her mother not to take tension as her tumour will be removed. It is her mom, who then took over, and thanked Salman.
She said, "Mein Salman ji ko namaskar karti hun. Mere Jesus ko hum pray karte the ki ab humare paas paisa nahi hai toh hum kya karenge, kya mein aise hi mar jaongi. Par Parmeshwar ne, Jesus ne Salman Khan ko angel banake humare jeevan mein bheja. Aur mere liya aaj Salman Khan khade rahe hain mera operation kara rahe hain. Unki puri family mere liye khadi rahi hai Mein parmeshwar ko dhanyawaad karti hun, aapko dhanyawaad karti hun."



She added that God will protect him and his family, and further blessed him to do well in life.

Rakhi Sawant also said with folded hands that her mother is being taken care of by the best all thanks to Salman and Sohail Khan.

Rakhi Sawant cheers for Abhinav Shukla in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11; says ‘he will surely win because he isn’t scared of anything’

Further, when asked about what she would have feared if she had to go for Khatron Ke Khiladi, Rakhi said that she isn’t scared of anything. “I am not scared of anything at all,” she said. “Ye sher-wer, saanp-waanp ko to main nigal jati hoon. Ye choohe-bicchu kya hai ye (I can easily gulp down lions and snakes. And mice and scorpions are nothing for me),” she added. She continued with her hilarious talk and said that she belongs to Mowgli’s family.



Rakhi was last seen as a challenger in Bigg Boss 14 along with Rahul Vaidya, Abhinav Shukla, Nikki Tamboli who are all set to begin shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.
