Abhijeet was the first ever winner of the singing reality show. He was loved for his melodious voice and garnered a huge fan following in a short span of time. After winning the show, Abhijeet also launched his own album which was a big hit, he also sang a few Bollywood tracks too. A few years later, he participated in Asian Idol in which he stood at No 3 spot.

Sandeep who was from Bikaner was the winner of Indian Idol season 2. He was popular and even sang Rajasthani as well as Bollywood numbers. On December 15, 2013, he was diagnosed with Jaundice and couldn’t battle the deadly disease. Singer Neha Kakkar was also part of season 2 of Indian Idol.

Prashant was the winner of season of the music reality show. A successful singer from Darjeeling, Prashant launched his own albums and sang songs in Hindi as well as Nepali language. He was a constable in Kolkata police, and after a lot of encouragement Prashant took up singing and since then there has been no looking back.

She won hearts and was also the winner of Season 4 of the show. Hailing from Tripura, Sourabhee passion for singing didn’t fade away, she continued touring all over the world. She even launched her own music album called ‘Meherbaan’ and not just that, the singer also bagged Guinness World Record for singing upside-down for 4.30 minutes. She married Kapil Thapa, who was a runner up in season 4.

Sreerama was first ever South Indian to win the trophy of Indian Idol season 5. He became a rage in South India and even sang Bollywood songs. Song Subanallah is one of them and infact he has few Telugu movies in his kitty. He can sing in 7 languages.
