Story, Film is about:

Samuel John Kattookkaran (Tovino Thomas) is a medico-legal advisor (forensic personnel), who is assigned to the case of a serial ****er targeting little girls. Samuel uses his forensic s****s and makes breakthroughs in a serial ****ing case as further victims are added to the list. The investigation team is headed by the chief investigating officer, Rithika Xavier IPS (Mamta Mohandas),who is Samuel's sister-in-law. Samuel with his team uncovers that ****er is Alphonse Kurian (Giju John), a child psychologist who has a past of ******ing his own father when he was a child, and has taken up ****ing in later life to find peace. He also targets Rithika's family out of delusional convictions. Samuel confirms the evidence that he has on the ****er's identity and hears Alphonse's confession while driving. When Alphonse tries to **** Samuel, he runs the car into a roadblock and unlocks Alphonse's seat-belt. The car flips and Alphonse is ejected from the seat, his head hits the road and he dies on the spot making the incident accidental.

Negative Reviews:

• From the beginning till the interval, it contains intriguing elements. The second half was quite outstretched with too many loopholes in the plot.
• Another serial ****er movie which falls flat on its face due to the over the top story and premise. The actors were decent enough, but the premise is too complicated for it's own good and absolutely hard to digest. It's an okay one time watch, but Anjaam Paathira was way better. So the wait for a good serial ****er movie from malayalam is still ongoing.
• The start of the movie was so epic it even looked on par or better than Anjaam Pathira but very disappointed after first 40 mins. The concept and theme was very interesting and had a good base story but I looked the writer/director ran out of ideas or tried too much after the start. Very disappointed how the 2nd half was done. Just feel like a typical Tovino movie where there is so much Potential but just doesn't live up to expectation through out the entire movie.
• This is a classic example of a director or directors! trying too hard to keep the viewers guessing till the end, but ultimately leaving them frustrated. That's the feeling u get & by the time the suspense was revealed, I had already lost interest. Far too many never ending twists & turns, that really wasn't engaging or gripping. Performances were average, be it Tovino or Mamta or the supporting cast.
  
  Though it fizzled out in the end, I would rate anjaam pathira lot higher than Forensic. Be it the screenplay, editing & acting. I felt Unnimaya Prasad was more convincing than Mamta as the police lead, likewise Kunchacko was better than Tovino. So prepare to be disappointed, if you are watching this after AP.

• One big plus point is its background score- amazing amazing amazing.
• It's not a normal crime thriller films which we have seen in this recent times The directors anas and akhil changed the story path which the main reason to watch this. Hence their earlier film 7th day was also promising but it is entirely different from that, normally In every crime movie the prussure is showing to only people and investigating police officer but here the pressure is showing to the forensic team. Mollywood path is going to change after the blockbuster anjaam pathira Now it is the turn of Forensic
• The movie keeps you thinking! A well executed movie about a serial ****ers. Unlike movies like Anjaam paathira, which decides to cater to cliche( revenge thriller), and leaves huge plot-holes. A story line which connects multiple narratives brilliantly together. The fact that the story connects to real life incidents and news clippings adds on to the fear factor. This is a must watch for viewers who like thrillers with multi genre aspects to it.
• I read some reviews before I went to watch the movie and I honestly didnt expect much. But I was very surprised with how much I actually like this movie. Not gonna lie while watching the movie I was mad for a second when they 'revealed' the ****ers , I thought it was too soon for the reveal , and in the end when the 'actual' ****er was exposed I was even more surprised. You gotta admit that was quite an unexpected plot twist. However, as much as I enjoyed the plot and acting I do think the screenplay and execution could have been a little bit better but overall a good and enjoyable movie.

Tovino Thomas was born in a Syro-Malabar Catholic Nasrani family in Irinjalakkuda, Kerala, India. He completed his schooling from Don Bosco High School, Irinjalakuda and graduated from Tamil Nadu College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He served as a Software Enginner at Cognizant Technology Solutions before being introduced into the Malayalam film industry.

Tovino made his silver screen debut through the Malayalam film Prabhuvinte Makkal (2012) directed by Sajeevan Anthikad. His onscreen performances in his subsequent films, ABCD (2013), 7th Day (2014), Ennu Ninte Moideen (2015) and Charlie (2015), made him to be considered as one of the most promising actors. He acted in the lead role in the film Guppy (2016) and was highly acclaimed by the critics. His subsequent films Oru Mexican Aparatha (2017) and Godha (2017) went on to become huge hits in the Mollywood industry.

Tovino got married to Lidiya at St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Cathedral, Irinjalakuda on 25 October 2014. His wife is also from a Syrian Catholic Nasrani family in Kerala. They have a daughter.





Mamta Mohandas is known for her work on King (2008), Kadha Thudarunnu (2010) and Two Countries (2015).





Saiju Kurup is an extremely gifted actor who works in Malayalam and Tamil film industries. He debuted in the critically acclaimed movie Mayookham (2005) directed by T. Hariharan. He has starred in several films as the main lead, villain, supporting artiste and done guest appearances in several more. Whether it's humor or intense dramatic scenes, Saiju plays the part with absolute conviction.





Reba Monica John is an actress, known for Paipin Chuvattile Pranayam (2017), Bigil (2019) and Mikhael (2019).
