Posting balance is not cleared

We have done the mapping from WT to symbolic A/c and then to G/L account. As far as I know if the WT is affecting the gross pay double posting is not required but when we maintain this WT to an employee and run payroll we are getting an error 'Posting balance is not cleared'. Can anybody help on this?

Create posting document with output log and check the Expenses and Balance sheet a/c total balances......find out the mismatch between exp and b/s a/cs....identify the WT which is causing the mismatch and check the posting characteristics for that WT.
