Jethalal's plight says beware of cosmetics!

Thanks to Dayaben’s use of a new hair-oil without reading the pamphlet, poor Jethalal suffers hair-raising consequences!

Whenever a new product comes in the market, we all get so excited (especially if it has our favorite celeb endorsing it) that we truly don't think twice about its ill-effects. Something similar happened at Optimistix and SAB TV's Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah too!


Says our source, "Dayaben (Disha Wakani) receives a beautiful parcel from a Cosmetics & Toiletries maker in Ahmedabad. So when Jethalal (Dilip Joshi) returns from home feeling tired and having a slight headache, Dayaben offers to give him some tel-maalish. This kind gesture, however, goes terribly awry."


Says Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal, "Dayaben by mistake does my head massage with the shampoo instead of oil. And it's such a shampoo that if you leave it on your hair for more than five minutes, it has a very bad and weird effect on your hair."

Dilip adds, "Initially they used some special effects on my hair only. But to show the extreme damage done by the shampoo they fixed a wig on me. The procedure was quite painful."


The source adds, "Apparently, Mr. Iyer (Tanuj) meets the same ill-fate and the common distress makes Jethalal and Mr.Iyer forget their enmity and become friends."


Both Jethalal and Mr.Iyer are constantly eyeing Babita (Moonmoon Banerjee). So is this the work of another Babita –lover who wants her attention all for himself by distracting Jethalal and Iyer to more pressing problems? "Well, I don't know about that. But it sounds like a good idea and probably they (the creatives) should use this angle," Dilip Joshi signs off with a chuckle!
