If you think that you’re the busiest person on earth then think again. This is one lot of actors who slogs it hard in the studios for a good 8 hours everyday and once they go home, they have to play another character. Actor Shubhangi Atre who plays Kasturi is a mother of a four-year-old girl. “My daughter hasn’t started going to a proper school. Mornings, I leave before she leaves for her play school and before I know she has her haversack ready with a bottle of water and hand towel and a tiffin box. She wants to accompany me to the studios. I know that I get to spend little time with her and that’s why she behaves like that.” Like Shubhangi even Shweta Tiwari goes through this guilt of not being there for her daughter. “But Palak has started understanding that I’m a single parent and hence I have to work to support her and myself. She is more like my friend now. We talk about anything and everything. For her I’m just a phone call away.” The actor mother’s children are more independent than any other average kid. “I treat my kids like adults. They tag along with me when their schedules allows. But when I’m at home I try to behave like any other mom. I take their studies, cook for them, take them out shopping etc. Even when I’m away I’m well connected with them on the phone. I have to know where my children are, otherwise I start panicking,” says the otherwise bindaas Pooja Bedi.
