How to fill the positions

I am using the pa30 transaction to fill the employee data.

While filling the Organization Assignment ,the following data is required

a)Position
b)Personnel Area
c)Employee Group
d)Employee SubGroup
When i click on the browse ****on for "Positon" ,no options are found.
What should i do to fill the data "posiiton"

You can create them via PO13 transaction if OM-PA integration is active.
If integration is not active, you can manually create them in table V_528B_C via SM30.
If position is not relevant when hiring personnel, you can just write 99999999 - Default position to that field.

Try using PA40 and run the action..

in orgassignment IT0001 the data for
a)Position
b)Personnel Area
c)Employee Group
d)Employee SubGroup
is coming from action IT0000.

you can change in org assignment only Pers sub area and payroll area.

To change in org assignment any of the above four you can follow through PA40 action.
which will make It 0000 and IT0001 consistent.
