Off-cycle error

I have configured off-cycle payroll but when attempting to run it for wage type salary arrears, i get an error that says "Error in indexed perform. Please discuss correction with the Hotline". This is happening when the system is trying to import additional off-cycle payments.

Can anyone out there please tell me how I can rectify the error.

Does it only happen to one particular ee or for everyone ? If the problem is only for an ee, more than likely the payroll cluster directory for the ee is corrupted. Run SAP program 'RPUDIR00' to rebuild the payroll cluster for the ee, and try again.
