On the eve of Children’s day, we take a look at some interesting kids shows, which are popular amongst the kids.

Crayon Shin Chan
This cartoon show is a very famous show and it is liked by every kid but Shin chan, which is actually meant to be an adult show in Japan had to go through controversies as several sources say that guardians complained against hosting this program, because, according to their claims, children learned bad habits and abusive words from this serial.

As a result, the said program, Shinchan, was banned from being telecast. This, in turn, turned the fans of Shinchan disappointed towards Hungama TV and wanted a re-telecast of Shinchan and so after few months the show was again on air.

Timon and Pumba

Lion King's Timon & Pumba is an American animated television series made by Walt Disney. It centers on Timon, the meerkat and Pumbaa, the warthog from the Disney film franchise The Lion King, without most of the other characters in the franchise.

This show is telecasted on Toon Disney and both characters are loved by all kids especially the song called Haakuna Maatata.

Karishma Ka Karaishma
We had TV serial named Karishma Ka Karaishma , which was a copy-paste of the English TV serial Small Wonder. Both the stories revolve around a young robot made by a person for his own purpose and tell his family which include his wife and his son, not to reveal the secret of the robot girl.

Dhoom Machao Dhoom
Dhoom Machao Dhoom was a Hindi programme which used to air on Disney Channel India. It premiered on January 8, 2007, with a one-hour special introductory episode, which had songs by the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs winner, Sanchita Bhattacharya.

Aladdin

Aladdin is an animated television series made by Walt Disney Television, which aired from 1994 to 1995, based on the original 1992 feature. Disney Channel reran the series in the late-1990s. But now it is shown weekly on Disney Channel again on kids demand.
