Imlie Imlie's lead pair Sumbul Touqeer and Fahmaan Khan decided to quit the show and to keep the show running the makers decided to bring in new leads and took a 20-year-long generation leap. The show is doing great with the new characters and a fresh storyline. Pandya Store Pandya Store was stuck in the loop of Shweta's torture and the show desperately needed a fresh start. The makers decided to bring a new one with kids and went for a 6-year generation leap. Bombay Times had exclusively revealed the reason behind Pandya Store's leap as a source close to the show shared, "The show needed a fresh track as viewers had watched enough of Shweta's track, it had begun to stretch." Meet Meet's storyline has experimented with everything from new tracks to new faces, and now the makers decided to take a generation leap with the lead characters and bring a fresh story for the viewers. Post the leap, makers will now focus on Ashi Singh aka Meet's family and bring in Shagun Pandey back as her love interest. Udaariyaan Ankit Gupta and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary decided to quit the show owing to the leap and the makers then changed the whole story and brought a whole new cast for the show. The show is running fabulously well with Hitesh Bharadwaj and Twinkle Arora as the new leads. |
