Resolved: Moving Wage type from IT0008 to IT0014 which depends on basic pay with 20% percent

Question, Issue:

I have an requirement from client that wage type need to change from IT0008 to IT0014 for china payroll
I have an wage type 1200 - allowances which valuated on base wage type (basic pay 1000) with 20% which maintained in T539J
I have changed T512Z, where I moved 1200 wagetype from IT0008 to IT0014. 1200 reflected as subtype of IT0014 in master data but when value is not updating in IT0014. Though I have maintained number/unit 20 percent, Its not considering 20% of basic pay
Please guide me.
