In the same show, Samantha revealed that she fell for Naga Chaitanya while shooting for Yem Maaya Chesave. She found Chaitanya very good looking, respectable, grounded and comforting despite being a star kid. Samantha added that they have become good friends during the shoot which led to marriage over the years.

When host Jr NTR asked Samantha about her interest in quiz apps in his show Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu, the latter revealed that she was once very interested in them but of late she is more into calming apps, thereby indirectly referring to her separation from husband Naga Chaitanya as well.
