About the show:

• Bengali television is set to entertain with an interesting line up of TV shows soon. While some of these will cast fresh faces, a few will feature some very popular actors who were giving the small screen a miss in the recent past.
• Actress Papiya Adhikari will be seen in one of these shows. The actress, who has been a part of many Bengali films and hit ‘Jatra Pala’, will essay a meaty role in the upcoming show ‘Dutta and Bouma’. She is paired opposite senior actor Koushik Banerjee. The upcoming television show has an interesting pair up as the lead cast.
• Along with the locations, the makers added detailed work to the costume and jewellery. Veteran actress Papiya Adhikari will be seen in her most gorgeous avatar in the show. During the promo, she wore heavy saree and traditional jewellery. In the upcoming episodes too, she will be seen wearing some beautiful traditional jewellery. There will be a touch of 'Bangaliana' in the costumes.
• The shooting location was beautifully decorated to shoot the wedding sequence. For the promo, the team shot a particular sequence of ‘Angti Khela’, a popular post-wedding custom. The team put a lot of effort to make the set look gorgeous.
  

Story:

• The show revolves around Dutta family. Senior actor Koushik Banerjee is the head of the family while Papiya Adhikari essays his reel wife. Dutta has a rich legacy and they run a successful jewellery business. To give it a real feel, the team shot the promo at Bardhaman Rajbari.
• According to the storyline, Dutta family has a rich heritage. To give a royal vibe, team Duta and Bouma chose the real life location of Bardhaman Rajbari. Beautifully decorated shooting floor, lights, props and detailed work added to the grandeur of the ‘Dutta household’.
• The show has an interesting storyline that narrates the story of Dutta family who runs a successful jewellery business. The daughter-in-law of the Dutta family joins the business and successfully runs it. How did the family and business becomes ‘Dutta and Bouma’ from ‘Dutta and Sons’ forms the crux of the story.

Star Cast:

• Titiksha Das and Aditya Bakshi are set to essay the lead jodi in ‘Dutta and Bouma’. Titiksha is a model while Aditya has been a part of web-series earlier.
• Actress Titiksha Das is making her debut with this show. She is playing Mukut’s character, who is a gemologist and will eventually take care of the Dutta Jwellery. Titiksha as protagonist Mukut looked ravishing in traditional saree and ornaments. Titiksha is playing Mukut.
• Actor Aditya Bakshi is essaying Swarno’s character. According to the story, she isn’t interested in family business. The team is currently shooting in Ashok Kanan, which is again a beautiful location.
• Papiya will be seen on Bengali television after quite some time. The actress was busy with her political career. She was last seen in ‘Gangster Ganga’, playing a meaty role. Papiya essayed Kochi Pisi’s role in the Sanghamitra Talukder starrer comedy-drama. Kochi, who was struct by nature, played havoc in Ganga's life.
