The decision was taken after the disciplinary committee found him guilty of “other misconduct” under Section 35 of the Advocates Act, 1961. The suspension follows allegations of misbehavior, which led the committee to take strict action. A formal communication from the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa (BCMG) to the Bar Council of India noted, “The license to practice issued by BCMG to Respondent advocate is hereby suspended for a period of 2 years from the date of the service of this order on him.” This suspension marks a challenging phase in Sadavarte’s legal career, even as he continues to be a part of Bigg Boss 18.
