The actress, who became an overnight sensation as Angoori Bhabhi in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai!, will join the cast of Maddam Sir – Kuch Baat Hai Kyunki Jazbaat Hai. The actress confirms, “Yes, I am going to be a part of Maddam Sir. The show has been on air for quite some time and is appreciated for its clean and amazing slapstick comedy. - Television actor Salman Shaikh, who was last seen in the show Sasural Simar Ka 2, will now make an entry in Maddam Sir. So has his track on Sasural Simar Ka 2 ended? “For now, it has. I will not be a part of the show for a while. My character may return in the future, but until then I will be seen in Maddam Sir,” he says. Salman might be seen in the show in the future if the track extends and the makers make some changes then he is hopeful that he might join the show again.

- Maddam Sir, the comedy show that narrates the story of four female police officers who are solving cases and ending crime in their unique way, is all set to return on TV with fresh episodes from June 7 2021
- Maddam Sir - Kuch Baat Hai Kyunki Jaazbaat Hai, Set in Lucknow the show is based in one such all-women Police station made by 4 beautiful quirky women. Pushpa, the oldest of them, is the head constable who tries to balance her life between home and work. Karishma, the sub Inspector, is fish out of water as she is at loggerheads with the philosophy of the police station. She beats before she talks but now she has to solve all cases through reconciliation.
- Santosh Sharma is the young new recruit and a typical lonely girl in the city. The head of the pack is S.H.O Haseena Mallik, witty, romantic leads by example.
