Default Cajun Shrimp Fettucini Alfredo (Cajun Recipes)

Ingredients:




1 lb bag of fettuccine
1 bulb garlic (optional)
1/2 lb shrimp (optional)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp ****er (+/- 1 tbsp)
1 cup fresh shredded parmesan [COLOR=#2B65B0 ! important]cheese[/COLOR]
[COLOR=#2B65B0 ! important][/COLOR](not that grated stuff)
Some olive oil
Some Creole/Cajun Seasoning (optional)
Basil (optional)

First, put some water into the pot and put it on high heat to boil. Add some salt if you want. While that's happening, prepare your garlic. Take the whole bulb, break it apart and peel the outside off all the cloves. Here's an easy way to peel the garlic...

First you cut the little hard piece off at the bottom.
