The wait is finally over. The much-watched controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 14 is all set to entertain the audience with its high-on-dose drama. A new promo released by the makers of this show introduces host Salman Khan Khan, where he gives away the date of the show's grand premiere, which is on, October 3, 2020, Saturday 9 pm.


In the video, host Salman Khan's hands, legs are seen chained, and his face is covered with a mask. He says that boredom will be smashed, tensions will be gone, stress will vanish. The channel shared this video and captioned it: "2020 ki har problem ko chaknachoor karne aa gaya hai #BiggBoss! #BB14 Grand Premiere, 3rd Oct, Saturday raat 9 baje (sic)"

Talking about the contestants' list of this season, big names such as Nia Sharma, Vivian Dsena, Namish Taneja, Zain Imam, Aamir Alli, Akanksha Puri were doing the rounds. However, all of them have squashed this news and called it to be a mere rumour.

On the other hand, Jasmin Bhasin, Pavitra Punia, Ramanand Sagar's great granddaughter Sakshi Chopra, Eijaz Khan, Naina Singh, Punjabi actress Sara Gurpal are the names that will be locked inside the Bigg Boss 14 house.

Bigg Boss 14 updates keep coming in and while we wait for the reality show to go on-air, here's an update.



Every year, with a new season of Bigg Boss, updates regarding Salman Khan's remuneration take over the news and so is the case this year as well. While it is true that the actor has not had any releases this year, has cracked a Rs 450 crore deal for Bigg Boss 14 with the makers and the channel.

Over the recent times, there have been reports that the actor is being paid Rs 250 crore for Bigg Boss 14, however, as it turns out that it is not a figure close to what he is being offered. The actor was reportedly charging Rs 15.5 crore per episode last year and this time, he has been charging Rs 20 crore. For the three months of the show, it goes to Rs 480 crore, however, the actor has sealed the deal at Rs 450 crore and it includes his fees for the PCs as well as the promos he has shot. In addition, the actor will be paid additional remuneration in case of an extension, given that the last season was extended by 10 episodes after all and for that, he was charging Rs 7.5 crore.

Khan will be shooting for the show every weekend and will be heading to Goregaon's Film city on Saturdays. Shireen Mirza says that she is not sure about participating in Bigg Boss 14!

Actress Shireen Mirza got into a conversation with a leading news daily where she mentioned that she is not really sure about doing Colors TV reality show Bigg Boss 14.



Colors TV reality show Bigg Boss 13 gained immense popularity and was also considered to be one of the most entertaining seasons.
