The entry is not there in the table T588M.So should I create a Entry.
If so what is the variable key meant for as well as the other keys like alternate screen,DBILD etc

You should add your module pool (let's say ZP002400) screen 0200, without any variable key or feature (if you're using features, create another entry for each variable key), rest fields leave it with 0 if you don't need them.
You can find more about features in SAP Help. Or maybe somebody could suggest good documentation.

I made entries in T588M.But still the subscreen is not gettting displayed in PA30 for IT0024 ...
