Lemon Juice: Drinking lemon juice will make you urinate more frequently and decrease the amount of water retention. Lemon is also a strong detox agent that helps flush out toxins from your body. Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice in a cup of warm water. You can also add honey to it. Drink the solution once daily for a few days or until you see improvement.

It also prevents the build-up of toxins in the body, aids digestion, relieves gas and stimulate perspiration. Steep one teaspoon of fennel seeds in a cup of hot water.
