I am new to SAP-HCM, if someone could help me please.
How do we maintain holidays like Eid which depend on the moon and not the calendar?they are floating but does it need to be manually maintained on a yearly basis
Also for billing purposes all i need to do is update the holiday list in the factory calendar?
Please help.

For second question that updating holiday list in factory calendar answer is You can assign the relevant holiday calender id in the holiday calendar id field in Factory calender. The system dynamically picks this holidays list from the calendar.
