1001-Relationships

Questions:

I have a requirement wherein If I go to PO03 (Jobs) and select Infotype 1001 (Relationships) and when I go to Allowed Relationships tab I could see all the relationships.

Is it possible to show only those relationships which we are using such as A/B 007 in the Allowed Relationship Tab. Other relationships should not visible.

Answers:

1. Access table T778V through transaction SM30.
2. Select the relationship that you do not want to be maintained, for example, 204.
3. Double click “Allowed Relationships” folder from the left column.
4. You will get all the possible object types that are tied up via 204.
5. Since you only care about jobs, look for the ones with object type C.
6. Check the “indicator: Cannot be Maintained via Standard Transactions” (7th column).
7. Please test this.

You may want to copy the original list displayed into excel so that you would know which relationships need to be checked for.
