It might induce cramps in legs
People are now days too conscious about weight loss practices and Keto diet being one of the solutions being popularly followed; one should also get aware of the side effects by the same. Since Keto is a very low carb diet, insulin stimulates your kidneys to retain sodium, so when you go on a very low-carb diet your insulin levels will be very low. Insulin is thus no longer stimulating your kidneys to retain sodium, which can lead to leg cramps.
