![]() Valentine's Day Don%u2019t even dare to think 'Love Actually' as its ancestor; because if you compare the two, Richard Curtis' film will appear as a cerebral masterpiece. Though Valentine's Day featured one of the largest ensemble casts in Hollywood history, it suffered from terminal sweetness. It was neither romantic nor funny but had four Oscar winners and two nominees acting in it. There wasn't any love, actually in this cringe inducing bore. |

![]() The Wolfman The updated version of the 1941 classic had a very special-effect laden glossy surface but could not deliver on its promise of resurrecting one of the great movie monsters for modern audiences. With an ensemble cast featuring Benicio del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt and Hugo Weaving, the script seriously lacked a suspense driven script. It was neither scary, nor gripping and ultimately proved to be quite silly. |

![]() Robin Hood He is the director who gave us masterpieces like Alien, Blade Runner, Thelma & Louise. But with Robin Hood, his latest pairing with Russel Crowe, he failed miserably to create another epic like his multiple Oscar winner Gladiator. Though it had decent acting and a few good action sequences, but midway it forgot the thrill of adventure that made Robin Hood a legend in the first place. Tiring and serious, this pointless update of a timeless tale is a misfit in the class of films starring Errol Flynn and Douglas Fairbanks. |

![]() Cop Out It was sort of unbelievable that super-funny Kevin Smith, the man behind films like Chasing Amy, Zack and Miri Make a ****o and Dogma came out with a dud like this one. We all hoped that he would do a great job with buddy-cop movie by mixing his quirky inspiration from the 80’s like Tarantino, unfortunately the plot went nowhere like the little too apt title. Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan hardly had any chemistry in this foul-mouthed film. |

![]() The Last Airbender The first of a planned trilogy, 'The Last Airbender' came nowhere close to the mythology of its source Avatar: 'The Last Airbender'. The summer season was anyway mediocre, but this M. Night Shyamalan film came as an official stinker with cheesy special effects, shoddy looking sets, hideous costumes, badly choreographed action sequences and terrible acting; all we had to experience wearing a painful 3D glass. |
