if i have 4 levels of employees in my project, GM,Managers,executives & supervisors(hrly), in this case whether i need to create 4 payscale type? b cos their levels and basic pays are different Thanks Anish |

If you have 4 levels of employees so differentiate in Pay scale group like GM, Managers, Executives & supervisors (hrly) Use Pay scale Levels if you have levels like Level 1,2,3 in GM Thanks |

Hi
Amount is based on what wage type you mentain in this table. You can give like Car Allowance (Fixed) $5000 based on the Pay scale group. Example Car Allowance for Sales people may deffer from HR people, here only one Wage type but different amounts. So use Sales & HR are Pay scale Groups and assign Wage type with amount. Better use wage types always and yes it is optional. Thanks |
