To make the HP Solution Center work, you need to have Flash software active on your device. It is because the industry no longer supports Flash, you can’t use the HP Solution Center Not Working either on your computer. The printer management program was manufactured before 2010 for HP printers that let you manage all your printing and scanning tasks from one place. To manage your printing tasks, we suggest you install the Windows built-in drivers on your device. For managing the Scan tasks, you can use any of the following scanning applications on your device.
