Ive been following a basic diet plan as Id like to lose a little weight, not that Im fat just a bit extra weight around the belly. I decided the simple thing to do is to stop drinking fizzy drinks and cut down the sweet foods a lot.
No idea if its working properly but its certainly saving money. Im going to have to start exercising more as I only really walk around work and thats about all, where as a few months ago Id walk to and from work moved house which stops me doing this now.
