From zero eviction to the blossoming of new relationships, here’s a look back at the major events in week 4.



02/10No eviction


Five contestants were nominated for eviction last weekend but there was no eviction as Aajeedh Khalique used his eviction free pass and escaped elimination.



03/10Archana Chandhoke becomes the captain


As Archana Chandhoke, Balaji Murugadoss and Sanam Shetty were picked as the best performers, they were declared as the captaincy contenders. Kamal Haasan asked the housemates to select their captain by voting process. Finally, Archana became the captain of the house.



04/10Anitha Sampath and Suresh Chakravarthy’s fight over ‘Sumangali’


On the auspicious day of Ayudha Pooja, Suresh Chakravarthy addressed the female as ‘Sumangalis’ and asked them to be part of the special puja. During the debate, Anitha claimed that the word ‘Sumangalis’ uttered by Suresh would hurt the sentiments of widows. This led to a huge fight between them.



05/10Balaji Murugadoss - Archana Chandhoke’s fight


Balaji Murugadoss and Archana Chandhoke, the captain had frequent fights over household chores. They both claimed that they didn’t like the tone of communication of the other. Archana demanded a reluctant Balaji to reply her as she is the captain. Balaji had an emotional breakdown during these fights.



06/10Archana and Balaji’s bonding


Post the high decibel fight between them, Archana told Balaji that she sees her son in Balaji. Archana went on to swear on daughter Zaara adding that her love for him isn’t fake. Finally, they both broke down and bonded over.



07/10Misunderstanding between Anitha Sampath and Samyuktha


In the Neenga Ninaivugal task, the housemates were asked to talk about the person they miss the most. Anitha spoke about her husband and mom. Samyuktha Karthik interrupted claiming that she is taking more. Anitha argued that she wasn’t given ample time to speak her heart out.



08/10Balaji Murugadoss - Shivani Narayanan’s close proximity


Shivani Narayanan had to serve Balaji Murugadoss as part of the task. Shivani supported Balaji during the week as much as she can. This brought them closer than ever before.



09/10Balaji Murugadoss’s feminist remarks


During a fight with Archana Chandhoke, Balaji Murugadoss said he would make the other housemates do grinding, which was perceived as a feminist remark. He wanted to show that he didn't speak about grinding work to insult anyone. He learnt grinding from Aranthangi Nisha and prepared the ingredients for cooking.



10/10Aari Arjuna - Anitha Sampath got locked in the glass house


Aari Arjuna and Anitha were named as the worst performers of the week. Hence, they are locked up in the glass house (re-modeled jail). Aari was locked in the glass house for the second time in a row.
