Have more sex, play better cricket: Indian cricket coach Gary Kirsten
 

Indian cricket coach Gary Kirsten has spelt out his mantra for making the team more aggressive, and therefore more successful, on the field. Have more ***, he says.

Kirsten wants the team to be more ***ually active. According to him, if the players don't have a partner, they should simply imagine.

In a four-page document, Kirsten says having more *** will increase testosterone levels, which in turn will increase the players' strength, aggression and competitiveness. Not having *** for a few months can cause a significant drop in aggression levels.

The document put together by Kirsten and mental conditioning expert Paddy Upton has been shared with each Indian player.

The document goes beyond the use of passion to increase performance. It asks the players to develop "social, emotional and spiritual intelligence".
