MTV Roadies 9 : Everything or Nothing is the ninth season of MTV Roadies, a reality television show aired on MTV India . The auditions started on 16 September from Pune following with Audition in Kolkata , Delhi, Chandhigarh and Hyderabad. Part of the season will take place in United States of America. The show started airing on MTV India from 7 January 2012 and every new episode airs on Saturdays at 7 p.m. IST.

After the auditions, the actual format of the show will begin. The show involves various "tasks" which are generally mentally and physically difficult. As the show progresses, the "tasks" become harder for the contestants to achieve. There are 3 types of tasks: Money Tasks, Immunity Tasks & Advantage Tasks. At the end of each episode, the contestants will vote one contestant out of the show, however it is seen in previous seasons of the show have shown that a previous contestant may return to the show after being voted out. The show's mastermind is Raghu who is well known for adding twists and turns to the journey and making survival in the show very difficult which generates a lot of fights and gives the show a bad name for its murky politics & abuses exchanged.

Destination

MTV Roadies 9 : Everything or Nothing will be held halfway in India and the other half will be continued in USA. However, the series's Finale will be held in India. As happened in all the past seasons, the Finale will include all the Roadies from the season.

MTV Roadies 9 Grand Finale:

Grand finale of MTV Roadies Season 9 begins with top 4 finalists – Taran Jeet, Himani, Kanak Raju and Vinay Abhishek. There were 5 Karizma ZMR. So, the finalists had to choose one contestant from the ex-roadies. So, Vikas is chosen by them.

The grand finale of Roadies 9 is introduced by Raghu and Ranvijay. They asked to perform a task with Lenevo Laptop.

The task is performed by Taran Jeet, Himani, Kanak Raju, Vinay Abhishek and Vikas in the grand finale of MTV Roadies 9.

Finally, the task is won by Vikas and Himani. They are considered as the top 2 finalists of MTV Roadies 9 grand finale. Now, they had to compete with each other to become the winner of MTV Roadies 9.

Now, there was another task for Vikas and Himani. They had to come out from a cage. They had to take the key of the cage from an ice cube.

The task is completed by Vikas very successfully. However, Himani had also done a great job to perform the task in the grand finale of MTV Roadies 9.

Finally, MTV Roadies 9 winner is announced. So, the question – who is the winner of MTV Roadies Season 9 – is now clear. We have the name of MTV Roadies Season 9 winner.

Winner of MTV Roadies 9 is awarded by Hero Honda Karizma ZMR, Lenevo laptop and winning amount. Journey to become Hero Honda Roadies 9 winner on MTV has been much exciting and amazing.

Episode 1 (17 March)

All the thirteen contestants arrived at Jaipur and met each other. An intriguing scroll which was read by Arsh got them puzzled as they were told to dress for party.

Roadies reached the venue 'Jaipur Greens'. While they were dancing, suddenly music stopped and Agnee Band came along. Then Mohan (from Agnee) said that the venue was the place where their first immunity task shall occur. They had to sing and best singer among them would receive immunity. Later, it was revealed that he was just messing with their heads and advised them to believe only on the scrolls provided. Then Agnee performed roadies 9 theme song Manmaani. Then after performance Mohan told that his one of good friend wants to meet roadies and Rannvijay entered. He gave them cue cards with questions on them.
The results obtained were as follows:

Biggest Politician – Pratima (4 votes)

Biggest Threat – Abhishek Shetty (5 votes)

Abhishek Shetty was,in turn, made first captain.

Biggest Looser – Arsh (3 votes)
Rannvijay also said that Biggest Looser will not perform in the upcoming money task. But as Kanak wrote nobody's name under the biggest Looser, Rannvijay asked other roadies except Arsh and Kanak to decide who will not perform in next money task. Roadies chose Arsh.


Money task
For the task Rannvijay asked the 12 roadies to divide themselves in four teams of three. Each team had to move a wooden log towards end line. Ten flags between the starting line and end line were to be crossed. With each flag passed they will receive 5,000. Each team could win maximum 50,000 each but maximum amount that roadies can win in that task was 1,00,000 only.

Then Rannvijay said that he will add some complications to the task.
Hitesh Nagpal, winner of Roadies battleground 4 appeared on the task location and got introduced to roadies by Rannvijay. Rannvijay asked him to select one person whom he would like to switch places with and he chose Vinay Abhishek. Then Rannvijay said that Hitesh was there to increase difficulty in task and he would stop roadies from moving the log. As difficulty was increased because of Hitesh, Rannvijay said that if roadies were able to make 75,000 then he will give them 1,00,000 otherwise they'll end up having 0.

MTV Roadies Season 9 begins its journey in the Pink city of India, Jaipur. The 13 contestants are revealed and they get to know each other as they gear up to win the coveted title of being called a ‘Roadie’. In its 9th season, Roadies is set to explore the terrains of America. In the land of the Cowboys the audiences are in for a visual treat with lots of drama and action.

The episode will see the Roadies perform their first task of the season, the ‘Log Task’ which is followed by the first vote-out of the season. The Roadies who'd battle it out to prove their mettle in the first episode are:

1. Rajat Bhatt - You might remember him as the guy who impressed the judges doing the headstand which he couldn't do earlier. A graduate and aspiring actor is what Rajat goes by. He believes in doing things that are thrown at him with full commitment. He likes to live each day as it comes and enjoy it to the fullest.

2. Pratima Dagar - A pure Jaat and a national athlete is what makes her different from the others. She stands by her opinions and makes her point known to all even if they fail to agree with it.

3. Kanak Raju - A student from Delhi who believes that entertainment is his best talent and with which he could impress almost anybody. He loves to be on TV and entertain the world.

4. Diyali Chauhan - It has been her childhood dream to be on Roadies and will do anything to win. A student of journalism and mass communication with a huge passion for traveling, she believes she has her life all sorted

5. Abhishek Shetty - A man who considers himself to have greatly been influenced by Roadies which has helped him change himself for the better and also make him more responsible than earlier. Remember the guy who learnt Hindi before returning for auditions? Yes, that one.

6. Anuj Jaiswal - A 22 year old who believes his luck is very bad, and is frustrated in life about a lot of things. While he believes that he isn't half the man he used to be, but he's ready to put in his 100% into everything. As he says, "I can be the best... at times."

7. Stacy Jahans - A very outgoing girl who believes in enjoying life which would therefore be no surprise that she loves to flirt and dance away. She hates back stabbers but has confessed to stealing her best friends boyfriend. She has quite the roller coaster life!

8. Manali Banerjee - A 21 year old who is loud, takes big steps in life, believes in having fun and knows how to bend her fingers in the opposite direction! She's a social person who likes to gel with people, but believes people take advantage of her niceness. And she sure knows how to stick it to whoever deserves it!

9. Aashish Mehrotra - A passionate dancer is what he uses to best describe himself and claims to be dreaming about being a superstar actor since he was a kid. He is adventurous and has been into adventure sports.

10. Dimpy Yadav - She does what she wants and feels confident enough to accomplish anything even if it's sometimes impossible. She believes in playing the game and being fair but can easily be gullible.

11. Himani Sharma - A diplomatic person in a positive way is what Himani says she is. Taekwondo and boxing gives her the kicks and she enjoys doing it the most. She comes across independent but still has a long way to go.

12. Minakshi Majumdar - She hails from an Army family and loves sports. She finds herself conflicted within and is still trying to find the "Best in her" Roadies for her is a chance to prove that she is tough and can perform in different situations.

13. The last contestant is probably reserved for a surprise entry. Our source informs it is one of the Roadies Battlegrounds contestants. Though there is no clue who would it be after watching the finalists in the Mumbai auditions, the last contestant is speculated to be Hitesh.

Season 9 of hit reality show MTV Roadies will be shot in unexplored territory of the United States of America

The vicious Raghu Ram and his hit reality show Roadies is back on MTV, and this season the contestants will sweat it out in the United States of America.
