Beendh Banunga Ghodi Chadhunga which has almost doubled up in ratings, will now get to the major part of the story line..
Imagine TV's Beendh Banunga Ghodi Chadhunga, produced by Endemol India and S. Farhan's Fortune Productions is slowly and steadily moving towards its main concept of how a girl who aspires to become a doctor is entangled in family values post marriage which do not allow for a career for women.
With the wedding track of Jay (Anuj Thakur) and Sarika (Jayshree Venkataraman) kick-starting, the ratings of the show has seen a tremendous leap from 0.7 to 1.3. And once Sarika gets into the new household, she will slowly realize that she is going to face some strong objection from Jay's family when it comes to studying and becoming a doctor.
As per the ongoing episodes, there is a slight hiccup to the wedding with Sarika's bosom friend Taruna meeting with an accident. Sarika who is dressed in her bridal attire has come out of her house to see her friend.
A little birdie tells us, "In tonight's episode, Sarika will show her shrewdness and her passion towards medicine, and will provide timely treatment to her friend by applying ice on her forehead. With the profuse bleeding getting stopped, Taruna regains her consciousness and
is taken to the hospital for further treatment while Sarika gets back to her house on time for the pheras. On the other hand, Shikha Bhabhi (Pooja Pihal) who has seen Sarika driving her scooty on the road tries to create a problem but is not able to, as Sarika comes back in time".
Tonight's episode will finally see Jay fulfilling his dream of becoming a Beend. The wedding rituals and the bidaai which have been captured very well will be in focus.
On the increase in rating, Producer S.Farhan told us, "With the wedding track coming, this increase was always on cards. Viewers will now see the main concept coming to the fore with Sarika getting wedded into a family where education and career for women hold no prominence".
When contacted, the protagonist Jayshree Venkataraman in a joyful mood said, "I am doubly excited with the rise in rating and with the ongoing shaadi. I am so very much looking forward to the next phase in the story. Sarika is on Cloud Nine at the moment, as she feels that she has been given the permission to study post marriage, and also for the fact that she has got a very loving Jay as her husband. She is completely oblivious of what is coming next".
