Upcoming smart phones to be launched in May 2018
1/8  After conquering the market with One Plus 5, he phone maker is set to launch One Plus 6 on May 17 in India. OnePlus will come up with Disney India to launch a Marvel’s Avenger Infinity War themed OnePlus 6. The Avengers edition is likely to feature superheroes inspired themes and wallpaper and 256GB storage. The OnePlus 6 is to retail on Amazon India and OnePlus stores starting from May 21. 2/8  The Nokia 8 Sirocco carries a distinct design language from what we saw on previous phones from HMD Global. It is a premium looking device, 95% of the phone’s surface is vacuum moulded Gorilla Glass 5. One thing that holds it back is the dated processor on the phone, which might upset some users. 3/8  Moto G6 Series includes the Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus, and Moto G6 Play. Moto G6 sports a 6-inch 18:9 screen and is powered by 2.2GHz Snapdragon 630 chipset. The phone comes with 4GB/6GB RAM and 3200mAh battery. It packs dual rear cameras and an 8MP selfie camera. The Moto G6, on the other hand, rocks slightly smaller a 5.7-inch Full HD+ display, and similar 3D glass back design. 4/8  The Nokia 7 Plus is equipped with Snapdragon 660 with 4GB RAM, so we might expect it to be priced somewhere between 20k-30k in India. At this price, the phone will be a good option to consider. 5/8  The Asus Zenfone 5 sports a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display, dual-lens cameras, stereo speakers, a 3,300mAh battery, a mid-range Snapdragon 636 chipset and 4GB of RAM and is expected to launch in May. 6/8  Huawei’s Honor 10 takes design inspiration from the Honor P20 Series which was launched recently. The Honor 10 flaunts a 5.84-inch LCD display which comes with a notch. Honor 10 is likely to come in two storage variants 64GB and 128GB. The phone features a 24MP + 16MP dual rear camera setup and a 24MP front camera up front. It is also expected to make India debut on May 22 and is likely to be available on Flipkart. 7/8  The G7 will sport a 6.1-inch 2K+ LCD display which can go up to 1,000 Nits bright. The phone is said to feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and runs on Android Oreo-based AI enabled software. 8/8  The Galaxy A6 is likely to come with a 6-inch Super AMOLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Samsung is said to offer it with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset enthralling under the hood alongside 4GB RAM. The Galaxy A6+ is expected to come with a dual camera set up on the rear and a 24-megapixel selfie camera. It will be aided by a 3500mAh battery.
