First look at the Bigg Boss house

Bigg Boss 3 will premiere soon and the house for the show is all ready. Designed by Sameer Chandra, it has futuristic interiors and is spread over 4,000 sq ft, half the size of last year’s house. Here’s a sneak peak:

1. This is a huge drawing room mostly decorated with lamps. It has a TV which will be on only on Fridays when Amitabh Bachchan will interact with the contestants.

2. The kitchen is smaller this year; it has a lot of lights and is in round shape. Fully equipped with utensils and electronics, the kitchen is decorated with blue lines.

3. This is the dining area, which is also much smaller than last year’s. The makers have decided to go with a smaller house this year to get more content out of the show.

4. The boys and girls have separate rooms this year. The girls’ bedroom is pink in colour and has symbolic cages with birds in them. There’s plenty of storage too.

5. The boys’ room has seven beds while the girls’ room have six. The boys’ room is light green in colour with a symbolic window that shows a lavish landscape outside. The wall has birds and crawling monkeys.
