Here the answers for your questions

1. Templates depends on Company to Company.

2. Testing done by Testers like Hiring, Running payroll, cheeking wage types...no need any testing tools for SAP.

Only need to enter inputs in Master Data and see the results.

3. SAP provided LSMW and any company can implement tools based on requirements.

4. In the workshop Client will give explain with documents for existing HR Process and Consultants ask all questions and gather all require inputs.

Once all info gather Consultant will prepare BP.

For clarity sake: the key activities and deliverables is the business blueprint steps that consultants uses before the configuration steps? Do consultants prepare the list of activities/deliverables ?

Activities/Deliverable are the steps and task need to do in every phase of the project.

Not only in BP phase but all phases from Workshop to Go-live and then Support.

Activities/Deliverable prepare by Company.

Hi Admin / Tutor,

The ASAP Key activities are not able to understand, the posted stuff is not clear. Please send separate doc. Please gives us the snap shots of how project is developed in sap,how the changing events are recorded. And also please let us know what types of tools are used other than ASAP in SAP in Project management.
Coming to ASAP phases, please tell us what type of tools are used in testing and how they are used with scenrios.

For Simple understanding i will say Key Activities are task done in each phase.

Please read other trainees posts and followed bu our replies so that we can avoid repeated questions and time.

In SAP no need any tool, in fact ASAP is not a tool like Testing tools..it is Process/Methodology which depends on company to company.
