"Tracking reference checks & Background verification result - can we have a field in applicant module where we can mention whether the refernce check and background verification was positive / negative.

Also the payment to background verification consultant may be tracked through SAP"

With EhP4, SAP delivers a solution for background check in E-Recruitment.

If you are using Recruitment module, I'm afraid there is no such solution. You will have to build custom infotypes though we have standard infotypes for education (IT0022) and employment history (IT0023).

You can probably go for a customised infotype for this purpose, where in u can specify your own field names and categories and save ur required details.

Speak to your abap team regarding creating customised infotypes.
